While TBS primarily functions as a general contractor, our services are not limited to that area. Because of our depth of experience in general contracting, we also perform specialty trade work and provide construction management and design-build services.

01. General Contractor

As general contractor, TBS provides competitive pricing in accordance with the completed design plans and specifications. We then carefully select and align each individual project team to accomplish our client’s specific objectives and have the practical experience and expertise to self-perform many elements of a project. TBS has strong relationships with architectural and engineering partners throughout the region, and a proven track record of successful projects together. Through our experience working with these firms, we have developed highly effective methodologies for managing communication, quality, schedule and budget.

02. Specialty Trade Contractor

03. Construction Manager

We provide the invaluable perspective of a contractor during the planning and design process while serving as construction manager. Our involvement begins during the pre-construction phase, where we share our experience and advice with the client and design consultants, working collaboratively to establish and implement critical project controls early in the process, to identify and prevent potential risks early enough not to to impact budget, schedule and feasibility of construction.

We offer a single point of contact and responsibility, facilitating the process for clients by creating and managing a specialized team to provide all required design and construction services, ensuring an integrated balance of design and construction expertise throughout the project.
